What is the ‘local delivery’ area?

Local delivery encompasses areas between Robina & Logan Hyperdome.

Areas outside of our delivery zone MAY incur a travel surcharge depending on order size and distance

What areas do you service for the backdrops, balloons and soft play?

We service ALL of the Gold Coast & Southern Brisbane suburbs. We are also happy to travel further than this but a travel surcharge may apply. Please contact us to discuss (contact)

Is the soft play equipment cleaned regularly?

OF COURSE! We disinfect the soft play equipment after each party!

How long do the balloons last?

In the right conditions, our balloon garlands can last up to a week. However, given the nature of balloons, we are unable to guarantee them after we have handed them over to you
